Where is Pearl Street Warehouse?

Pearl Street Warehouse is located at 33 Pearl Street SW, a walkable entertainment street at The Wharf in Southwest D.C.  At Pearl Street Warehouse, you can stop in for coffee, drinks, food, and (in the evenings) music any day of the week.

What kinds of music do you feature?

Rock, country, blues, roots, and bluegrass from around the region and from around our great country. Think Austin, Nashville, Athens, New Orleans, and more.

How do I buy tickets for Pearl Street Warehouse performances?

Advance tickets are available through www.ticketfly.com, by phone at 1.877.4.FLY.TIX, or in person at our Pearl Street Warehouse box office. The box office accepts cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A flat $1.00 per ticket service charge applies to all in-person advance purchases.

Advance ticket purchases are recommended. Walk-up tickets are subject to availability and box office hours.

Do you refund tickets?

All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless a show is cancelled.

Tickets for sold out shows can be exchanged through Ticketfly Lyte, which allows fans who can no longer attend a show to sell their tickets to other fans in a secure marketplace.

Is there an age requirement?

All shows are 21+ unless specified otherwise.

What type of payment does Pearl Street Warehouse accept?

The diner and the box office accepts cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you need a photo ID to enter?

Yes, you will be required to present a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID to enter the venue.

Do your shows offer seating?

It depends on the show. Some shows are all seated, with seating first-come, first served. Some shows are all standing, some shows will be a combination of seats and standing. Seating and bar stools are first-come, first served.

For general admission shows, bar stools are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please call the club at 202-380-9620 ahead of time to make arrangements and ensure your visit here is a great experience.

Do you serve food?

Yes. Our adjacent diner serves classic diner fare from 7 a.m. to showtime (which varies). You may also order food during performances — either from your table or the bar during general admission shows.

What about drinks?

We serve alcohol in the diner and during performances to patrons over 21. Anyone under 21 will not be allowed to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. Any violation will result in immediate ejection from the premises.

For general admission shows, when should I arrive?

Your musical experience at Pearl Street is always a front row experience, especially if you’re in the mezzanine. We recommend getting here when doors open or before, to get your ticket and enjoy a bite to eat before the show. Our diner serves food and drink before and after the show.

Is there a dress code?

We like our guests to be comfortable. We DO require that you be dressed and wear shoes. We do check purses and bags for contraband on entering the building. We don’t allow anything potentially dangerous, nor do we allow pocket knives, pepper spray, flasks, outside food and drink, or anything else we deem a potential hazard. Please leave those items at home or in your car.

Do you have a coat check?

Yes. It is located on the right side of the mezzanine.

May I smoke in Pearl Street?

No. Smoking indoors is illegal throughout Washington, D.C. You may smoke outdoors in designated areas. Littering of any kind is also illegal, so be sure to use the receptacles designated for smokers.

Are you near the metro or other public transportation?

Yes. Pearl Street Warehouse is accessible by metro (a 5-minute walk from Waterfront Metro Stop (Green Line) and a 10-minute walk from L’Enfant Plaza Metro Stop (Green, Yellow, Orange, Blue, and Silver lines).

You can walk from downtown DC — it takes 10-20 minutes from the Mall. You can take a water taxi from Georgetown, Old Town Alexandria, The Yards, and National Harbor, a free Wharf Jitney between Hains Point and East Potomac Park, and a shuttle from the National Mall, L’Enfant Plaza and more.

Is there plenty of parking?

The drivable streets (not Pearl Street in the Wharf area) offer metered parking. There is also a two-tiered underground garage. See link below for real time availability and pricing.

May I take photos or record video and/or audio?

Photo policy is determined by the artists and changes nightly. In general, no pro cameras (i.e with removable lenses) are permitted. Audio and video recording is not allowed. You can call the club at 202-380-9620 the day of the show to inquire about photo policy.
