The Judy Chops (Record Release)
Three part harmony vocals augmented by baritone banjo uke, searing electric guitar solos, backed by a unique rhythm section consisting of hollowbody electric, upright bass, and cocktail drums. Trumpet and baritone saxophone round out the mix, with the occasional fiddle. The band's music is a blend of modern and vintage sounds and styles, and their show is a high energy, raucous experience that has been wowing audiences at every festival, and venue they've played

The Watt Brothers
The Watt Brothers Band is one of DC's hottest groups mixing white hot guitar work and a strong rhythm section with great vocals. Guitarist Mark Weinstein carries the load with great rock and blues influence. His slide guitar is amazing! Andy Tibbals rocks the vocals yet can bring down the tempo and wail a ballad or slow blues without missing a beat. The rhythm section of bassist Jason Weinstein and Adam Studner have been playing together since they were in short pants. (diapers actually), and can flow from Funk to Flea and back to the Blues. You will want to sit and listen and then be up and moving your feet as their sets take you through some funky soulful rocking covers while mixing in a great array of original tunes written as a group and recorded locally. Writing and recording new music is the Band's goal so you won't see them playing out every weekend. The band plays at very select venues and gives it their all so don't miss a live show.
