2016 Blues Music Award Winner Billy Price first attracted national attention during his three-year association with guitarist Roy Buchanan. Price is the vocalist on two of Buchanan's LPs, That's What I'm Here For and Live Stock.

Since then, with the Keystone Rhythm Band, the Billy Price Band, and solo projects, Billy Price has recorded and released a total of 17 albums, CDs, and DVDs. In April 2016, he was officially recognized and inducted as a Pittsburgh Rock ’n Roll Legend at an award ceremony.

Price’s album This Time for Real, with the late Chicago soul singer Otis Clay, received a 2016 Blues Music Award in the category of Best Soul Blues Album of 2015. His 2018 album Reckoning, produced by Kid Andersen at Greaseland Studios, was nominated for a 2019 Blues Music Award in the category of Best Soul Blues Album of 2018. His new album Dog Eat Dog, also produced by Andersen, was released on Gulf Coast Records in August, 2019.

A native Washingtonian, Shirleta Settles is known as “Not Just a Voice, but an Entertainer!” Not just a voice because her performances are not limited to only music.

During her performances she has the innate ability to connect and include her audiences of all ages, whether singing, storytelling, drama, spoken word, staff development or as a recording artist. Her experience as a Bandleader and lead vocalist for a 10 piece variety band, Marquise for 15 years has given her the ability to share her talent in a variety of venues and genres (R&B, Jazz, Blues, Pop, and Gospel. .

She has traveled nationally and internationally sharing her gift of music and storytelling from festivals, schools, and political arenas as well as private engagements. Shirleta has been featured on FOX 5 News as an outstanding vocalist/entertainer.

Costa Rican Blues Sensation Jose Ramirez
At 30 years old, Jose Ramirez is Costa Rica’s premier Blues artist and has played with some of the biggest names in the Blues industry. To name a few. these artists include Anson Funderburgh, Mark Hummel, Bryan Lee, Shawn Holt and Albert Castiglia. Jose experienced the American Blues scene for a couple of years and played some of the best Blues clubs in the country including Buddy Guy’s Legends and Rosa's in Chicago, and The Bradfordville Blues Club in Florida. He also played some of the biggest Blues festivals in the U.S. such as the Washington D.C. Blues Festival and the Bonita Springs Blues Festival in Florida.

Jose has done session work as a guitar player for Florida based singer Lauren Mitchell on her latest album recorded in Los Angeles, California by award-winning producer Tony Braunagel (Taj Mahal, Robert Cray, Bonnie Raitt). Jose has also been a part of Panama’s annual Blues and Jazz Festival held in Boquet,e Panama. He was backed-up by the legendary Nighthawks (U.S.A.).

Jose recently completed his second European Tour that included over 30 shows throughout Europe (Holland, Belgium, England, Spain and the Basque Country) . While touring Europe, he recorded his latest EP in England ‘’The UK Sessions."
