21+OK Bio: We are a musical duo comprised of Ibiora Igbo and Ahmed Kazmi and our name is OK!. We represent the combination of identities and the importance of duality. We ar eboth first generation United States citizens of Eastern immigration. Identifying as Nigerian and Pakistani respectfully, we find it important to represent the many dualities within us because it showcases a journey through cultures that can be felt despite what cant be understood. Our music is as genre-bending as our identities are and that is OK! Humbalaya Bio:Humbalaya was formed at the University of Maryland, College Park in 2015, and has played around the DMV area ever since. The six-piece group always found that their meals and musical experiences lent themselves to each other, and have tried to combine the joys of both into one. With elements of latin, rock, bluegrass, funk, and jazz fusion, Humbalaya will bring you comfort just like a delicious home-cooked meal. Their first full-length album, Billows, was released in the Summer of 2022 and more music is on the way!
