About This Event
Humbalaya was formed at the University of Maryland, College Park in 2015, and has played around the DMV area ever since. The group always found that their meals and musical experiences lent themselves to each other, and have tried to combine the joys of both into one. With elements of rock, latin, funk, and jazz fusion, Humbalaya will bring you comfort just like a delicious home-cooked meal. Their first full-length album, “Billows,” was released in the Summer of 2022, and more music is on the way in 2023. Website / facebook / instagram / spotify / youtube

Indigo Boulevard is a four-piece indie-rock band from Northern Virginia. The band formed in 2018, with the two founding members reuniting after meeting at a theater camp in elementary school. The other two members are School of Rock alumni. Now all in college, the band spends their summers writing and playing music around the D.M.V., fusing their backgrounds to create rousing rock anthems about their experiences with love and growing up. The band's second EP will be released in 2023.
